STEVE FAIRFIELD, FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT
Teamwork Principals was started by Steve Fairfield in 2015 to help organizations improve their organizational health. The outcome has been satisfied clients who become both behaviorally and intellectually aligned. The result is greater organizational cohesion and performance for sustainable competitive advantage.
Our work relies on proven team effectiveness concepts and principles. Our methods are fast, nonacademic, and we don't do touchy-feely.
Steve brings extensive experience to his practice from his business technology background as an International Product Line Manager (EMEA) at Robert Half International, Inc, and Vice President of Operations at a Cisco company.
